Frequently Asked Questions
Application Requirements:
- You must be a SA Citizen with a valid ID
- You must be permanently employed
- You must be working longer than ≥ 6 months at your current employer
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must not be under administration, under debt review or sequestrated
- We do not issue loans to self employed clients
Documentary requirements:
- We need the following documentation:
- Your latest pay slip
- 3 months bank statement not older than 3 days
- Copy of your ID
- Proof of residential address
How do you submit your documentation?
- You can fax, email or upload it to our website.
Collection method:
- We lodge a debit order against your bank account on your pay date.
Loan amounts:
- Based on your credit profile and affordability calculation, we initially offer 1 Month loans from R 500 up to a maximum of R 2 500.
Repayment term:
- From 1 day up to a maximum of 45 days.
Do you do a credit check on me?
- Yes, a credit check is compulsory.
How is the funds disbursed?
- We do an electronic fund transfer to ABSA Bank, Capitec Bank, Standard Bank, Nedbank and FNB.
Immediate transfer:
- Should you require an immediate transfer we can facilitate your request at an extra charge with a maximum fee of R 65.00
How long does it take?
- We always strive for a same day service – from application to pay out of the funds.
Future loans:
- You can re-apply once your existing loan[s] has been settled
Change in bank account or employer:
- Should you change your bank account or join a new employer you need to inform us in order to change your debit order to the correct bank account and salary pay date.
